Delivery

Items will be dispatched using Royal Mail 1st class, 2nd class or via courier, depending on the weight and value of the items.  Please note that our standard service is Royal Mail 2nd class for most items.  The delivery cost is based on the weight of the products and reflects the cost of packaging and posting each order.  We keep our delivery costs as low as possible.

Proof of postage will be obtained for every order despatched and orders for items over £15 will require a signature on delivery.

If you are placing an order by cheque please note that we will only ship your order once payment has cleared. 

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order please telephone or email with your unqiue order reference.  We will confirm the date of despatch and where necessary ask you to sign a declaration of non-delivery before we post a replacement item out to you.

Returns Policy

If you need to return item(s) for any reason you must first contact us in writing (via post or email) for a returns number and to obtain further return instructions.  Please note unless you are returning a faulty item you will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
