We all have to respect veterinary advice and we are no different but unfortunately in some cases anti-biotics do not always clear up a problem that they are designed to do and they can reduce the Immune system leaving our birds and animals open for the next problem that could be around the corner. Stronguard will support the cleansing functions of all internal organs and digestive system; other benefits include general condition and brightness. This product has been re-formulated for pigeons/birds based on an old Chinese remedy used for cleansing the liver, kidneys and urinary tract in humans. Being in liquid form it is easily absorbed and can be added to water and feed. Due to the fact that one of the ingredients is very rare and not grown commercially this product is not always available. As with all of our supplements we can only help aid and maintain problems not cure, and we always recommend you seek veterinary advice if you are at all concerned about the welfare of your pigeons and animals.
Directions
Shake bottle well, loosen cap and gently squeeze until measure is in gauge, add 5ml to 1 litre of water and mix, also add 10ml to 1 kilo of feed and use for 7 consecutive days, repeat every month thereafter.
Racing Plan: Use all year round, give once a month for 7 consecutive days.

Buchu leaves; An aromatic shrub common to the Western Cape Mountains of South Africa.
Action; Traditionally used as an herbal remedy for ailments of the gastrointestinal and urinary tracts as it has diuretic and antiseptic properties due to various phenolic compounds.
Nettles; Stinging nettles are abundant throughout the country and usually found in the countryside.
Action; Extracts can be used to treat arthritis, anaemia, hay fever, kidney problems, and pain. Nettle leaf is a herb that has a long tradition of use as an adjuvant remedy in the treatment of arthritis.
