Diet supplements, do they work, how can you tell. I have been using this particular supplement for about 18 months and my birds seem to be very healthy. I started because it was suggested for my Gouldians, and though I have not had lots of chicks, i have only lost one!

I use this for five days a week and calciform two days a week and find that all my birds are fit and healthy on both products.
