Coarse oyster grit is suitable for laying hens and all types of poultry.
Available in a handy 1.25kg re-sealable tub, a loose 950g bag or a bulk 20kg bag.
Oyster shell grit is required by laying hens to supply calcium.
I bought this grit primarily for topping my garden pots to stop those pesky slugs and snails from eating my plants! I'm pleased with the size of the grit, the price and very quick delivery. I'm presuming I need to rinse the grit of any salt prior to using. Many thanks.
