Delivery & Returns
Items will be dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd class, Royal Mail 1st class, or next day courier, depending on the weight and value of the items and the options selected at checkout. We may also opt to upgrade your delivery method (e.g. from Royal Mail to Courier) at our sole discretion, or opt to deliver your order via our local delivery service. The delivery cost is based on the weight of the products and reflects the cost of packaging and posting each order. We keep our delivery costs as low as possible.
If all items are in stock, orders are usually despatched within 2-3 working days, often sooner. If we are awaiting delivery or any item your order may be slightly delayed. Where possible we will contact you to let you know.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order when expected please telephone or email with your unqiue order reference. We will confirm the date of despatch and where necessary ask you to sign a declaration of non-delivery and then post a replacement item out to you. Please check that your parcel has not been left at the sorting office following a failed delivery attempt. In the event that a parcel is returned to us after non-collection we will charge a second delivery fee for redelivery to you.

All postcodes in England and Wales are classed as UK Mainland for the purposes of delivery from our online shop, plus all Scottish postcodes NOT listed under 'Scottish Highlands / Islands' postcodes.

IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
Please note that delivery to other postcode areas, including offshore islands is not calculated online. Please telephone for a quotation.
We operate a local delivery service within certain areas - including all or parts of Boldon, South Shields, North Shields, Gateshead, Newcastle, Houghton le Spring, Hetton le Hole, Washington, Chester le Street, Durham. The delivery charge varies from free to £10, depending on your location and your order value. All orders for local delivery must be placed by telephone, otherwise our normal delivery charges will apply.
If you need to return item(s) for any reason you must first contact us in writing (via post or email) for a returns number and to obtain further return instructions. Please note unless you are returning a faulty item you will be responsible for the cost of return postage.Please also refer to our Terms of Sale.
