Psittacus High Energy Plus Hand Rearing 5kg
Psittacus High Energy Plus is a hand feeding formula specifically designed for macaws and black cockatoos that have higher fat requirements. For example, the blue macaws (Hyacinth, Lears etc), Greenwing Macaws and Great Green Macaws. Also the palm cockatoos and Queen of Bavaria (Golden) Conure.
For other macaws such as Blue & Gold, the High Energy Hand Feeding is a better choice.
This macaw hand rearer is to be used from when the pin feathers are emerging until fully weaned.
Use 7-10ml of hand rearing formula (made up) per 100g of body weight as a guide.
25% hand rearing formula made up with 75% water.
